Propera Director, Stephanie Davies has worked with the largest property firms in Australia to drive and exceed commercial outcomes, across a range of projects. Passionate about improving and creating wonderful places to live, work and play.
She has held roles as Property Director, Investment Director, Sales & Marketing Manager and National Acquisition Manager exceeding pipelines of $1 Billion AUD. She has worked on major Residential, Commercial, Retirement and Specialist Disability Accomodation projects.
Steph is an experienced property investor, advisor and entrepreneur. She has previously competed at elite level showjumping, and is one of Australia’s best known Equine sport commentators. This diverse background drives her ability to connect and build relationships, whilst operating in the property industry like an elite athlete.
